An area of low pressure moving into Tennessee today will track off the mid-Atlantic coast Wednesday. The low will bring rain into our area tonight into Wednesday. It looks like the heaviest precipitation will remain south of Connecticut. I am anticipating rainfall amounts over half an inch in southern Connecticut with the northern half of the state probably seeing many places receive less than a half inch. The rain will taper to areas of drizzle Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday will have a damp, raw feel to it, with a northeast breeze at 10-20 mph and high temperatures in the upper 40’s-low 50’s.
